Underlay: When do I need underlay?
Underlay is recommended if your rug is lightweight, like a kilim or a thin short-pile rug, and placed on a hard surface like wood, laminate or tiles. It helps prevent sliding, adds comfort, reduces noise and may increase the lifespan of your rug.

Maintaining and caring for your rug
This Moroccan Berber rug is low maintenance and only needs occasional vacuuming. Use a low setting and occasionally vacuum the reverse, as dust collects underneath too. Give it a shake outside every few months to help keep it fresh.
Stain treatment
Address spills quickly. Dilute with water and blot with a kitchen towel, working from the outside in. Avoid rubbing. Allow the rug to dry completely to prevent damage. Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals. When in doubt, consult a professional carpet cleaner. We’re happy to advise if needed.
Delivery and returns
Your order will be dispatched via UPS within 5 working days. Worldwide delivery is available, with a small additional fee for remote areas. You’ll receive a tracking number once shipped. If you’re not satisfied, return your item within 2 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding return postage.
