Size and shape

Underlay: When do I need underlay?
Underlay is recommended if your rug is lightweight, such as a kilim or thin short-pile rug, and placed on a hard surface like wood, laminate or tiles. It helps prevent slipping, adds comfort, reduces noise, and may increase the rug’s lifespan.

Maintaining and caring for your rug
This Moroccan Berber rug is low maintenance and only needs occasional vacuuming. Use a low setting and vacuum the reverse side now and then to remove dust. Give it a good shake outdoors every few months.
Stain treatment
Act quickly when spills happen. Dilute the stain with water, then blot with a kitchen towel, working from the outside in. Avoid rubbing. Never use bleach or harsh chemicals, as they may leave a white mark. Always allow the rug to dry fully to avoid damage. If in doubt, contact a professional cleaner—we’re happy to advise.
Delivery and returns
Orders are dispatched via UPS within 5 working days. Worldwide shipping is available, with a small extra fee for remote areas. You’ll receive a tracking number once the rug is on its way. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 2 days of receiving it for a full refund, excluding postage both ways.
