Looking after your rug
Shake your rug outdoors every couple of months and vacuum it regularly on a low setting. Occasionally vacuum the reverse side to remove hidden dust. If the rug looks flat, try vacuuming against the pile to lift it again.
Stain treatment
For spills, dilute with water and blot with a towel from the outside in. Don’t rub. Ensure the rug dries completely to prevent rot. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals. When in doubt, professional carpet cleaning is best. Contact us for advice if needed.
