Underlay Advice

Planning to place your rug on wood, tile, or other smooth flooring? Underlay is recommended to prevent slipping and add comfort underfoot. While heavier braided rugs often stay put on their own, this thinner cream jute rug benefits from extra grip on hard surfaces.

Care Instructions

Jute rugs are not washable. For best results:

• Vacuum gently using low suction
• Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth
• Avoid damp or humid rooms
• Rotate occasionally to even out wear

As a natural fibre, jute will show some changes in tone and texture over time. To extend the life of your cream jute rug, avoid using it in moisture-prone areas like bathrooms or utility rooms.

Shipping and Returns

In-stock rugs are dispatched within 5 working days. We ship internationally and provide tracking details once your order leaves the studio.

If you’re not satisfied, you can return the rug within 2 days of receiving it. Return postage is payable both ways. Made-to-order rugs are final sale and cannot be returned.
