Care and Maintenance
This Moroccan rug Beni Ourain is low maintenance. Vacuum it occasionally on a gentle setting and don’t forget to vacuum the back as well, where dust can gather. Shaking the rug outdoors every few months will help keep fibres fresh.
Spill Treatment
Act quickly if something spills. Use water to dilute, then blot from the outside of the mark using kitchen towel. Avoid rubbing or using harsh cleaning products. Orders are sent via UPS within 5 working days. We ship worldwide and offer tracked delivery. For remote areas, a small surcharge may apply. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
If you’re not satisfied with your rug, you may return it within 2 days of receiving it. Return postage is payable both ways. Custom or made-to-order rugs are not refundable.
