Do You Need Underlay?
Fine braided natural woven rugs are lighter in weight and can benefit from anti-slip underlay, especially on wood, tile or laminate floors. Underlay adds grip, prevents slipping, provides extra cushioning and may extend the life of your rug.

Care and Maintenance
Unlike wool rugs, jute cannot be washed. To care for your natural woven rug, blot spills immediately, vacuum on a low setting and trim or tuck any loose fibres. Rotate the rug occasionally for even wear. While jute is durable, it is prone to staining and fading over time and is best suited to lower humidity areas.
- Vacuum with low suction to protect the fibres

- Avoid damp or high-humidity spaces
- Rotate regularly for even use
Delivery and Returns
In-stock natural woven rugs are dispatched within five working days with worldwide shipping available. Tracking details are provided once dispatched.
If you are not happy with your order, returns are accepted within two days of delivery for a refund (minus postage both ways). Please note that custom-made rugs are non-refundable.
