Delivery and Returns
Your sqaure semi-thick jute rug will be dispatched within five working days. UK delivery is charged at a flat rate via UPS, and you will receive a tracking link once the rug has been collected. Worldwide shipping is available; please request a delivery quote if you would like your rug shipped outside of the UK.
Returns are accepted within two days of receipt, provided the rug is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that return postage costs are not included in the refund.
