We want to make your shopping experience easy and straightforward!

Payment

Payment is accepted from Pay Pal, Stripe and Direct Bank Transfer!

I accept all major credit/debit cards.

Taxes are included in the prices.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 5 working days with UPS or DHL.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way!

Shipments to remote locations might have an additional courier charge. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, please contact us directly within 3 days after receiving the goods. We will find a way to set things right whether through an exchange or refund.

Please note shipping costs BOTH WAYS can not be refunded.

Also note that we can no longer refund PayPal or Stripe Fees when refunding your returned item. This means fees from the original payment will not be returned to you.
