3 Ways Of Doing Jute
Jute rugs are a popular choice and for good reason! They are incredibly diverse and a natural way to add warmth and texture to any space.
Made from plant fibres that are native to India and Bangladesh, these jute rugs are handwoven with blond tones and a soft texture! They don’t only look beautiful, but also have noise-reduction properties and are eco-friendly, as jute is a renewable resource that requires little water and no pesticides to grow.
Our thick braided jute rug is our most popular option, and we’re excited to introduce two additional jute designs! Each of these three jute choices comes with unique features designed to suit your preferences. Here’s a quick comparison:
Durable THIN Jute: This sleek option is less than 1cm thick and features an elegant, thin braided texture. With a tightly woven design that runs the length of the rug, it is perfect for high-traffic areas. Its sophisticated profile provides versatility while maintaining a sturdy quality that withstands daily use. Unlike the thick and semi-thick options, The thin jute rugs are not reversible. Depending on your flooring and the furniture on top, an underlay may be required to help the rug stay in place.
Cosy THICK Jute: Our thick braided jute rug is the most popular and ideal for those who prioritise comfort and texture! It provides a soft feel underfoot while its generous weave creates a warm and inviting atmosphere—perfect for spaces where coziness is key. The thick braided rugs, as well as the semi thick rugs, are reversible and underlay is not required as their weight provides ample support.
Elegant SEMI THICK Jute: Striking the perfect balance between softness and chunky texture, this option boasts an elegant visual appeal with a small pattern and a tightly woven reversible weave. Underlay is not required.
Each of these options can be custom-sized to fit your specific needs.
